1. You pay absolutely nothing for membership in VISION Louisiana. It's free! No monthly payroll deductions. No membership card fees. You pay nothing until you receive a service or make a purchase.
2. See a participating VISION Louisiana provider.
3. Show your card when checking in at a VISION Louisiana provider's office.
4. Discounts will automatically be deducted from your bill when a service or purchase is made.

Can I use the card more than once?

Yes! Discounts will apply to multiple visits and purchases throughout the year.

Your health insurance. VISION Louisiana is not a health insurance plan. It is a discount vision service only. Most medical eye problems are covered under health insurance. Always take both cards when seeing your eye care provider.
