VISION
Louisiana is a free comprehensive vision plan
offered to employers in our community. It is not a
health insurance plan. The focus of VISION Louisiana
is prevention and wellness care of your eyes.

VISION Louisiana gives you those keys by providing a

(and their families) of participating companies are entitled
to receive substantially discounted services from our lists
of conveniently located providers throughout the state.
Discounts are offered on services and purchases such as
routine vision exams, eyeglasses, contact lenses and laser

Louisiana is that it is free! There is no charge to
companies or employees for participating in the plan.
