automatically be deducted from your bill when a service

Can I use the
card more than once?
Yes! Discounts
will apply to multiple visits and purchases throughout the
year.
If I have a
problem with my eyes, do I use VISION Louisiana or my health
insurance?
Your health insurance.
VISION Louisiana is not a health insurance plan. It is
a discount vision service only. Most medical eye
problems are covered under health insurance. Always
take both cards when seeing your eye care provider.
