LIST OF CURRENT OPENINGS:
Provides technical support to doctors for the purposes of patient evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and continuing care. Gathers information about the patient through questioning, observation and the completion of various tests and procedures. Facilitates patient exam and protects the physician’s time through maximum preparatory and follow-up care. Responsible for appropriate procedure room preparation and equipment/supplies inventory. Acts as an ambassador for quality care and customer service. All technicians are expected to become at least COA certified and must sit for the COA exam within twenty-four (24) months of hire.
Patient Appointment Coordinator:
Answers, screens and routes incoming calls to appropriate department(s) within the practice, taking messages when appropriate. Provides patients with friendly, efficient appointment scheduling for designated Eye Clinic locations via the telephone. Works in the clinic environment to facilitate follow-up appointments.
Patient Service Representative
We are seeking a friendly, professional person to join our staff. Duties include both check-in and check-out functions, booking patient appointments, insurance filing, and verification. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding customer service skills, communication, computer skills, and the ability to multi-task are a must. This position requires a positive, energetic attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Patient Accounting Specialist:
We are seeking an experienced individual to provide assistance to the Accounts Receivable department through the process of pre-certification of insurance (verifying insurance eligibility), insurance claim follow-up, and providing expertise to patient Accounting department staff and related departments.
